OUR APPROACH TO UX

There’s no secret skills involved in Fran’s UX work. Her strong empathy skills help her put herself in the user’s place to design digital experiences that make sense and feel effortless to them.

Conducting user interviews, stakeholder workshops, surveys and other tests and methodologies, she can get into the mindset of the user, what their expectations are and how to best meet their needs.

Working quickly and collaboratively, presenting designs to stakeholders and gathering input along the way, she has lots of ways to ensure that the business is kept informed and is on board with user centred design; for example, showing highlights of user sessions, presenting show and tells, blogs, intranet updates and uses her natural creativity to engage and persuade stakeholders.
